「We went to wrong hotel same name so missed the dinner explained I have to eat every 2 hours due to a medical condition and phoned previous to let them know we were on our way got there 2 minutes to 9 pm and they were not willing to cook me anything was not well enough to go out to eat so was not impressed surely they could have help so would not recommend this hotel」

「Our go to hotel when we go to Newcastle. Great staff who are only too happy to help. Large car park so not usually any problem with parking even when the hotel is busy. No ac in the rooms so was a little warm during the recent heatwave but they provided a fan when asked. Water pressure can be an issue so don’t expect rainfall showers but serviceable. Will be booking again as can usually get a good deal.」

「Booked the hotel awhile back 3 rooms 2 rooms were placed outside the hotel in prefabricated buildings while one was in the hotel felt a little out of the way with this should really tell you its the Annex and not hotel .」

「Everything great except for pillows which were hard. Staff did manage to find the only other pillow that was available which was ok for second night! Breakfasts, room and everything else was excellent.」

「Probably the most uncomfortable beds. Old, worn out spongy mattresses you can even feel the springs on your body. Not a level of comfort you expect from hotel like this」

「Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists.」

El hotel está retirado de Durham y de Newcastle, sin embargo es una opción de mejor precio con respecto a los hoteles de Durham.」

「Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions an have been pleased with the outcome. Little things are now getting a little dated e.g shower curtain(?), stains on bath silicone seal and no USB charging sockets. Location is good together with parking but price appears to have increased and the breakfast is not as good compared to previous visits.」

「The hotel itself was excellent, as were the staff. The attached restaurant however, was atrocious. The service was practically non existent. We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. At dinner time we sat for fifteen minutes before having to go and find someone to take our order. Frozen chips took a hour to arrive. In the morning, despite arriving 15mins after breakfast was...
