「This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient...

「14 June 2night stay greeted by hoist room clean parking good bed excellent hot water but slow to fill bath would have liked a bigger tv but only watched it a couple of hours over the stay met MR CASH at the second pub just a few minutes walk from our hotel made us extremely welcome good beer the customers showed us we’re to get bus into Newcastle big question would I stay hear again YES Would I recommend it. YES 」

「近くにスーパーがある。ホテルから徒歩10分位ところにスーパーASDAがあり、買い物には便利です。また、スーパーの隣に映画館、マック、バーもある。ホテルの1Fにジムとレストランがある。部屋の掃除がきちんとしているが、レストランの食器洗いが今一。口紅が付いたままのグラス、異物が付いたままのお皿が普通に提供されている。」

「We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Definitely will be booking again when we can 」
