「The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. 「Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out.
