The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor.

We have stayed here many times and every time we have some kind of issue. Ac rarely works, showers are always with some kind of issue. This was definitely the last time we stayed. And Charlie, the company who runs the place is just terrible. Customer service is all done online and they are very unhelpful

Começando pelos pontos positivos: Localização; Praticidade (tanto da navegação pelo hotel quanto do checkin e checkout); Limpeza geral; Espaço; Atendimento; Ar-condicionado de boa qualidade; Preço no geral. De pontos negativos, eu mencionaria: - A falta de cuidado com a estrutura em certos quesitos. Meu quarto estava com o chuveirinho quebrado, vazando água. O quarto inicial de um amigo meu estava com a descarga quebrada, necessitando de uma troca de quarto. - Houve a disponibilização de copos no quarto, mas todos pareciam sujos, então não utilizei em nenhum momento. - Falta de opção de café da manhã. Há uma cafeteria ao lado do hotel, mas não vi ela aberta em nenhum momento, mesmo chegando sexta-feira a noite e saindo segunda-feira de manhã. Os pontos negativos têm peso menor em comparação aos positivos. Eu indico o local, e talvez retorne, mas acredito que há espaço para melhoras.
