The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor.

Overall a handy lil hotel, I would add a small microwave or toaster oven to the rooms for guests with longer stays (longer than 2 nights). Well appointed, just outside the city, but withing walking distance to many things!

the four nights you stayed, you couldn't sleep because of the noise in the hotel. unfortunately it is likely that I will not return anymore. but I hope that in the near future they will resolve the situation so as not to have inconvenience with other guests.

Amei o apartamento. Excelente, espaçoso e tem uma ótima localização. Padarias, restaurantes, farmácias e mercados perto. Muito perto do metrô também. A vista é um bom bônus. Apenas a limpeza não estava tão boa, encontrei um cabelo na cama e o box estava com cheiro ruim, mas acredito que seja por causa da umidade. Mas nada que estragasse a experiência.

Otimo custo- beneficio. Espaco maior que a naioria dos flats dessa categoria. Nao tem cozinha mas tem cafetetia e conveniência no proprio hotel. Equipe muito atenciosa, do recepcionista ao garagista. Considerando a baixa temperatura da cidade, o quarto estava frio e não havia aquecimento. Mas as roupas de cama foram suficientes para aquecer. Localizacao excelente.

"Pontos positivos: A localização é perfeita e o atendimento da recepção é excelente. Pontos a melhorar: O quarto está um pouco desgastado. O principal problema é o acesso à piscina e à academia. A burocracia é tanta que torna o uso desses espaços praticamente inviável, o que não corresponde à expectativa gerada no momento da reserva. É um ponto que precisa de atenção urgente."
