Loved Hemma Chapinero. Spacious and huge bed. Staff were lovely and always friendly. Breakfast was limited but still delicious, at times could get crowded as it was a small area. The shower head was very new to us however eventually understood how to operate. Overall a pleasant stay and would return as well as recommend to others.

Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast options for the price. I don’t know if they have airport shuttle since I used Uber instead. We were 4 guests so I would recommend bigger trash cans in the room and restrooms. Overall a good stay! We stayed 4 days instead of 3 and host connected my reservation so we didn’t have to switch rooms!

Nice hotel for a budget

Good budget hotel. The hot water heater for the shower is not powerful enough, will be either a small trickle of hot water or just cold water. The area at night isn’t good but there is a grocery store just one block away and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Staff were amazing and cleaning was superb. But the main issues were lack of proper hot water for showers and too much road noise coming even though room was on 5th floor. It is quite shocking that the apartments do not have proper hot showers. I complained 5 times and every time they tell me that someone will come soon and nobody came. I would never stay in this place again. Poor.

The building and room was clean, good house keeping, good location. The only issue we had was with the Wi-Fi. I brought this to their attention on more than one occasion in the first girl just didn’t seem to wanna be bothered. The second girl tried to troubleshoot, but for some reason, the Internet reception was spotty at best on all of our devices. Otherwise, no complaints.
