「Very nice B&B」

「The hotel is grand old building, set in established gardens with pleasant views across the Somerset levels. The staff are very pleasant, accomodating and friendly. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Thrre is pleanty of free car parking. The hotel is a large historic building and has a rambling assortment of extentions . There are no lifts meaning you have to carry your cases up and fown numerous stairs in and out of buildings and through numerous doors. Our stay coincided with a wedding ...

「Amazing room with a sea view. Arrival on site we were greeted by the wife one of the owners. She was very plesant and explained in detail the availability around the area. Room was nicely decorated with tea & coffee available 」

「Double Gate Farm is ... A Find. Quiet, relaxed and comfortable with excellent attention to detail. In the room we found REAL COFFEE with a Cafetiere, a fridge for our own items should we need it (even some so-called major hotel groups don't provide one). The room was super-clean, airy with huge sliding doors giving onto a terrace and river, field and sky view. With good outdoor furniture to relax in. If privacy from the next-door neighbour is needed, then a screen can be pulled across giving...

Had 2 dogs with us who enjoyed the 2 large paddocks secured by hedge and fences. The charming host was keen to help with anything and we chatted to him over the paddock gate.」
