The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
My only criticism is that there was insufficient drawer space in the room for clothes, which is why the rating is four stars rather than five.

The staff at the hotel and its restaurants was amazing. Very proactive and helpful, but discrete. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The turn-down service every evening was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you need some r&r and want a location close to the Cotswold for day trips.

Our stay at Lords of the Manor was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is very pretty, and although it rained almost constantly, the grounds were clearly beautiful. The weather did nothing to detract from the warm and gracious welcome we received. Every member of staff was unfailingly polite, attentive, and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. From start to finish, everything about our stay was a genuinely lovely experience.
