The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The excellent breakfast will set you up for whatever the day ahead holds. We have stayed before and will definitely be returning. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. We didn't notice road noise through the night. The staff were really helpful and breakfast excellent. We also had an evening meal which was fabulous! We'll be back.」

「Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. 」

「We are local to the hotel and stayed here for a few nights whilst some work was done on our home. We pop in frequently for breakfast anyway as it’s excellent value and very customisable, but found the room & service to be very good as well!」

「The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...
