「We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

「Property was nice and clean. The area of the location was very nice. We had no worries leaving our motorcycles out in the parking lot over night in this area. The shower water was only slightly warm not hot at all. That’s my only complaint, but after riding 6-1/2 hours and spending a lot of time at a biker rally we really didn’t care haha. Just happy to be able to shower. We would definitely stay here again. 」
