「Water park was great, clean , friendly staff Resort rooms keys didn’t work twice which was a pain trying to get back into a room and having to drive miles back to front desk Found previous occupants underwear hanging from shower curtain suggesting room wasn’t cleaned very well」

「So big and such a nice kitchen」

「I usually stay at the Madison when in Harrisonburg visiting family. This time our stay was not its usual five stars . Noise in the hallways and outside late night kept me From sleeping well . Dirty carpet in room . Scratchy sheets . We stayed Saturday night so not sure I will stay there again and maybe stay at a b and b in countryside .」

「Very clean , comfortable beds and very helpful and friendly front desk. Beautiful grounds and free hot breakfast was amazing!! Great options and both my teen boys left full which is a good sign the food was good :) Would definitely stay there again in future!」

「The area around the hotel itself, was centrally located to stores, and restaurants. The hotel was basically brand new, being built within the last two years. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was what was expected muffins, yogurt, orange, and breakfast granola bars. My room was clean, loved the full fridge and freezer, very clean and helpful」

「Nice facility, great price. I accidentally booked my stay on the wrong day and had to correct it at the last minute. I reached out directly to the hotel and they had it fixed in less than 5 minutes with zero hassle. Will definitely stay here again in the future.」

「Great location and enjoyed watching the deers so close to the property. The rec center was huge and had many activities for us to do. We also took in a hike and saw spectacular views of the area. The property was right next to a golf course which we used to walk several holes afterhours. The villa had a loft which was nice and the kitchen was good size for all the cooking we did. Excellent time!」

「Everything about this facility seems like a more expensive place - business center, exercise room, full breakfast, bright, modern color scheme. Our room was spacious, included microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, closet. There are extra touches like cookies at the check-in counter, popcorn in the afternoon lobby. The motel is in the midst of other motels, close to a zillion restaurants. Even Costco is only a few blocks away. A great stay for a modest price.」

「The property was well maintained and staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The were only a couple of negatives with my stay. The first was the lack of hot water. This was not an issue of the facility running out of hot water, but rather the controlled temperature of the water.
