「Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again」

「My brother was getting married in Warsaw and we were trying to find a home to stay in for a week while we got ready for the wedding when we found this place! We loved it when we saw it and booked right away. It was a super easy check in and a beautiful home. They had toys for my 2 year old to play with and a beautiful back deck to relax on. It was perfect for our stay. We will be booking here again when we go to my brothers!」

「Very helpful and easy process. Unexpected departure and very grateful for Arlene helping me out. Would stay here again if back in the area.」

「The house was nicely decorated. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided which was a plus since we flew in. All kitchen needs were provided also. Had our breakfast on the outside deck. Nice!」

「Thank you for having us! This was the perfect location for our family gathering.」

「The property was great and I love the fact there was near a shopping center with a Walmart in it」

「Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.」

「If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.」

「This is our 4th time to come here and the view still amaze me. Fishing is great in this area. My family and I really had an amazing, fun and relaxing stay as always. See you next time.」

「What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.」

「Beautiful home, clean, easy communication, super quiet and peaceful area. A few things were not accurate/updated but nothing big. Kathy was very responsive and helpful.」
