「If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.」

「Our family enjoyed our stay. This house is very charming and well decorated, easy to access and a great property for our kids to play on.」

「This was my first VRBO experience and I loved how easy it was. The cottage is rustic and simple but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. And a cozy place to curl up and read during the afternoon thunderstorm!」

「Enjoyed our visit to Colonial Beach. Rented a golf cart for getting around town; highly recommend this method of transportation. Lovely view from the condo and easy access to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars. However, plan accordingly for the late-night, weekend live music next door at Tiki Hut.Spent an afternoon at the pool, which is not on-site. But with the golf cart, it was an easy, short commute.」

「Nice, clean house. Good location and neighborhood.」

「Great place, super cute and walking distance to everything. Host was great!」

「Cozy, small, quiet home.」

「The property was clean and comfortable. The deer playing in the field across the road was a nice sight sipping morning coffee.」

「What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.」

「A beautiful home in a quiet area along the waterfront. Owner was responsive immediately when we had questions. Definitely look forward to coming back!」

「My family and I had a great time at this property fishing and crabbing. We also did a day trip to Westmoreland State Park, where we got to hike to Fossils Beach.」

「Stayed with grandkids and others for a few days and we loved it. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown, chilled vibe.」

「Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! Kelly and Thomas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made check in and out simple. My only suggestion would be to put window treatments on the windows in the...

「The natural surroundings were beautiful. We arrived earlier than expected so clean crew didnt have enough time. The grill needs to be replaced and wasn't functional」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The view is beautiful and the house is beautifully decorated and kid friendly. Just a really charming place to stay for a family vacation.」

「This really was immaculate and a really wonderful place to stay. An outstanding kitchen with modern appliances and an excellent induction cook top with a wide variety of pans and cookware that enabled us to cook just as we would at home, peaceful, spacious with a lovely view out from the back deck. Simply couldn't have asked for more」

「House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family.」
