Boat in dock photo isn’t available for guest but more than welcome to bring your own. Boat landing just down the road.

PEACE!

Just to be able to sit on the back deck and watch the wild was fantastic for us and my son and nephew fell in love with the private dock area. I loved looking out at the river so much. We have decided it is the spot for us and would love to visit it again soon.

Quiet and serene

Lovely little place, well kept, quiet. I loved sitting on the dock and reading. Surrounding countryside was perfect for jogging/walking/biking. Sat outside and watched a fawn wandering around, a fox, birds. Perfect little getaway.

Water views, wildlife and cozy comfort home

The home was welcoming and the surrounding property was spacious and private. Owner provided everything required and a well equipped kitchen. A relaxing step into nature and it’s beauty was invigorating and refreshing.

There is no WIFI and cell service was very sketchy. Also don’t go in the summertime. There is only 1 window AC in the living room and bedroom gets hot at night

Horrible

First off, I would like to say that the description is not accurate online. When I got there, the doors were unlocked and the keys were sitting on the counter. The heat didn't work, there was no internet or cell service at all, and the windows had signs that said "do not open, windows broke." The house is very tiny and does not comfortably sleep two grown adults. Unfortunately I will not be staying again.

Quaint and Secluded

Property is very nice with a view of Paynes Creek. You can go out onto the dock to fish and crab. It is clean and comfortable. We sat on the back deck and watched birds. A herd of deer came through as well. Enjoyed our stay!!
