3rd time staying at this unit. Hosts have great communication and keep the unit clean. Kingsmill is a great and secure place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway to Williamsburg. It was extremely close to both parks we visited but felt like a completely other area. The view was gorgeous as we enjoyed coffee on the back patio. The room was clean and well maintained. A few suggestions to make the stay better would be to improve the outdoor lighting approaching the entrance and provide toiletries. I also suggest white towels and linens so they can be bleached. Other than that, the beds were comfy and the area was quiet overall. However, you’ll hear other guests if they have heavy feet above. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful room for such a great price. Loved having a view of the river. Room was extremely clean, shower was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Only cons: the beds are a little high. Im only 4'11" and basically had to have a running start to jump into the bed. The bed was also a little more firm than my preference but still very comfortable. Hosts were amazing. Would absolutely rent from them again.

Great stay! 2nd time using this VRBO listing & again fabulous stay. Well appointed room with good size refrigerator and microwave. Owners responded promptly to any inquires I had. Definitely a place to consider at The Kingsmill!

Safe and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Everything was safe for our family on our quick trip to Williamsburg, enjoying the local facilities and right down the street from Busch Gardens.

Beautiful and Peaceful Setting

This unit in Kingsmill was just as it was pictured and described in the VRBO ad, plus it was clean, attractive, and had a comfortable bed. We were visiting Williamsburg mid April for a friend's memorial, so we were happy to be away from the hustle bustle of some hotels in the area, yet close to the attractions if we desired that. The entire neighborhood that this unit is in is gorgeous; extremely well maintained and beautifully landscaped. This unit is a very short walk to the James River marina area. Though this unit does not have access to the resort amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed just gazing at the very wide river and taking in the peaceful environment. At the water's edge there is a beautiful indoor/outdoor restaurant/bar (James Landing Grill), open for late afternoon/evening drinks and dinner, which we think is open to the public, even if not staying at units that are part of the "resort" at Kingsmill. We would definitely stay at this unit again, as long as the price remains as reasonable as it currently is.

Owners were such great help!

We enjoyed it. We don't like Vrbo's unique style of communication, but the owners helped us through the process wonderfully. They were the very best thing about our stay.

Nice Complex, Nice Clean Unit

This is a very clean and nicely decorated unit.This is a very large room, however. The owners described their unit accurately, but we are pointing this out as in this case the word "condo" is more a legal term than anything else, and may confuse some people. This unit consists of a very large, clean and well-maintained room. It looks like it was recently redecorated. The decoration of the room is very nice and really cute. The chairs in the sitting area are very nice and comfortable and looks to be pretty new. The carpet is very clean, and also looks pretty new.The bathroom has a huge shower with very good water pressure. The water pressure in the sink needs a little help. A towel rack might help as well.The beds are very comfortable, and the sheets are soft. The bedspreads are really cute, and are coordinated with the rest of the room.It might help if the area with the microwave, fridge, and dishes had a sink, although we can see why it does not, as it would require re-plumbing the area. We were not comfortable with doing dishes in the bathroom sink.The owners were very nice. We talked to Jaymie several times because we had trouble getting into the unit. (It was out fault, not hers - we failed to follow her very detailed instructions.)Overall, we would be very happy to stay here again but we would like to find out if the owners had another unit with a kitchen.Thank you!!

Great place to stay!

My parents stayed at this condo so that they could be close to us during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was nicely decorated and very clean! They loved the location and view off of the back patio. Great place to stay!

Adequate but not special

We enjoyed our stay at this property, but feel it was photographed in way that slightly misled us. The furnishings are different than the ones in the photo. And I believe that the photo may have been taken with a wide angle lens because it does not look as big as Shown. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a night table on either side of the bed with a lamp on each to make reading at night easier. The bathroom was clean in the shower was pleasant, but we couldn’t open the door to the back outside because the screen was off the slider and we were concerned about getting bugs and Berman in there. I think the owners are trying, but I think that a little bit of rehab would be helpful here.
