「Great stay!」

「We had a great stay here last week! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast delicious, the bed and room super comfy and the best shower in our trip to Austria and Italy! Short walks to shops and restaurants. Fasion/Boutique/eclectic is not usually our 'thing', but it was fun to be out of our element! Hope to go back after the 2026 olympics.」

「Struttura molto ben curata sia allinterno che all'esterno. Ampio parcheggio. Massima pulizia e confort. Alla reception velocità e cordialità nel check in. Personale veramente eccellente, gentili, disponibili come rarissimamente se ne trovano e sempre col sorriso. Piccolo problema trovato su termosifone: riferito alla reception che seduta stante ha provveduto col manutentore. Bar sempre funzionante dove si trova un pò di tutto. Complimenti a tutto il personale che fa la differenza rispetto anche...

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「フロントで有名レストランの予約をお願いしたら、フロントでは電話できないで部屋から自身でやるように言われた。それがこのホテルの規則らしい。信じられない。部屋のバスルームはまるで中国の田舎ホテルのような雑然さ。これで4つ星ホテルとは到底考えられない。2つ星レベルが相応。」

「I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! 」

「部屋は清潔で、十分な広さ。駐車場は1部屋ごとに1台専用スペースが割り当てられていました。 朝食の品数も充実していて良かったです。カンピテッロ ディ ファッサの町の中心にも歩いて3分ほどで便利です。カンピテッロ ディ ファッサ近辺でのハイキングやスキーには快適なホテルだと思います。 」
