「Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!」

「We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working...

「This hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s the kind of place that stays in your heart — I’d love to come back again someday.」

「Delightful hotel in town center. Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ok. About a 15 min walk from train station.」

「This hotel, amenities and information from the staff was exceptional. The town of Chiusa is authentic and lovelyband in cloae proxomity to Ortesei. I highly recommend if you are looking for a more authentic stay.」

「We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels.」
