This hotel is a great find. Perfect location with an excellent host. Very convenient to town and all the sites, easily accessible from public transportation. What more could you ask for.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Walking distance to city center and bus shuttle to ski resort or close by sky resort lift. Free pass to local swimming and spa club.

This hotel is grossly overpriced and consistently under delivered. Staff was at bare minimum and did a good job at making up for the short falls. It's a nice town, just spend your money on accommodations elsewhere.

Loved everything about this cozy little Hotel. Rita works tirelessly to keep the place warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring town and getting to the various ski shops and mountains. I look forward to bringing my family back some day soon.

Probably one of my favourite places

Had a lovely room, very spacious. Nice little bathroom. Had a balcony aswell which was nice with amazing views of the mountains. Also a short walk into the centre. Had lovely customer service, I was given lots of info about the sounding area as it was my first time there. Also got given a free bus ticket thing which seamed pretty standard as I saw them everywhere but it was really nice. Was a lovely place

Nice stay. Low ceiling bathroom.

Last minute trip for a couple. This was one of the last affordable options left, and we were overall very happy with our stay. Short 5 minute walk to town, and the lifts were not much further. Note: The bathtub in our room (I think room #33) had the roof slope directly above it making it impossible to stand up and shower. (showerhead was mounted below chest hight). I am not sure if this is common in other rooms or just the one we were at (I think we booked one of the last rooms. As mentioned it was last minute trip). We weren't fussed enough about it to mention to the staff, but guests should be aware that this exists.

Ottimo hotel, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro di Ortisei e da tutti gli impianti di risalita. Le camere sono molto silenziose. Rita, alla reception, è stata un’ottima padrona di casa, gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ottima la colazione, con prodotti freschi che vengono riforniti man mano che stanno per finire. Hotel consigliatissimo, ci torneremo! :)

주차장에서 객실로 가는 주차장이 있어 편리했습니다. 친절하신 주인과 시내에서 조금 떨어져있어 조용하고 편했습니다. 꼭대기 방이여서 한층이 엘리베이터가 없어 걱정했는데 짐을 들어다 줘 편했습니다. 감사합니다.

Storybook Fairytale Hotel

This hotel is like living in a storybook fairytale. Combined with the village, the mountains, and the hotel, I felt like I was living in a fancy. This hotel has a perfect location and it’s perfectly clean. This is a family owned hotel. The mother and son I spoke with often. They delivers excellent service. This hotel will make you want to move to the mountains and live there forever.
