「The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. 」

Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. 「Bel hotel rustique. Le toit terrasse avec piscine est magnifique. Quelques problèmes avec la chambre : frigo ne fonctionne pas, sechoir à cheveux brisé. Il n'y a pas d'aur climatisé dans l'hotel. Nous avons dormi la porte exterieure ouverte mais l'air ne circule pas. 」

「Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around.」

「I do not have enough good things to say about this hotel. This was our 15th hotel in 25 days as we travelled around Europe and it was our FAVORITE. We were happy we had saved the best for last. The restaurants were amazing, the concierge so helpful with hiking recommendations, and the location truly cannot be beat. 」
