Being from the US, it was extra special to experience this old world charm in a remodeled and renovated building from ages ago. All of the hotel personnel were so friendly and helpful, and we didn’t even speak a lick of Italian or German. The view of the Schlern from our 2nd story room was exceptional.

Excellent hôtel..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.. la chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortables.. La vue sur les montagnes au top.. Le restaurant était parfait que ce soit au niveau du petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de produit variés que pour le dîner ou son menu était bon chaque soir.. Les pistes de ski sont en 5 min en voiture, mais il existe des navettes gratuites grâce au pass de l hôtel pour y aller..

A Perfect Hotel In The Dolomites

I travel a lot and this was the best stay I’ve had in years - maybe ever. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The views couldn’t be better; the location was perfect; the town is a charming jewel in the Dolomites. Every detail was thought through and organized. The dinners were some of the best I’ve ever had and breakfasts were fantastic. Most importantly, the staff made me feel like I was staying with friends. Starting with Katya who had good humor, was always positive and upbeat; but who also made sure everything functioned well. She provided great advice on hikes which was helpful when the weather wasn’t. She’s a perfect manager - super friendly and upbeat; but super competent. She hired a good staff who were also friendly yet competent. Olga was always warm and friendly; the restaurant staff of Natalia and Simone were friendly and upbeat and efficient. Although I never met the chef, every dinner was creative, tasted great, was healthy and aesthetically presented. Whoever did the interior design and architecture did a fantastic job too. There was incredible attention to detail which I appreciate. Anyway - the whole experience was great and I actually felt sad having to leave. I’ll be back!

Overall great experience but no air conditioning

The sole and single biggest flaw we experienced in this hotel was the lack of air conditioning or ceiling fans. This will be of little relevance to those travelers visiting outside of summer, but in June it made the top floor rooms somewhat stuffy. The rooms had large windows which could be opened to adequately alleviate the warmth, but thanks to the flourishing surrounding dairy industry, a faint smell of cow dung occasionally wafted into the room at night when the windows were open which made me feel like I was in a barn at times. On the other hand, the rooms were immaculate with elegant minimalistic decor, spacious modern bathrooms, and good views of the Dolomites. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, breakfast was decent, Wifi was free and fast, and an impressive array of homemade free snacks were offered in the homely lobby on our first day of arrival. The hotel has its own convenient free parking garage and is ideally situated for those making a day trip to Alpe di Siusi.

Sound of Music-gulligt

Vi bodde ett par nätter i en juniorsvit, två vuxna och två tonåringar. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt i den gulliga byn. Rummet var rent, välutrustat och hade en underbar utsikt över bergen. Vi badade i den fina poolen och solade på solstolarna. Relaxavdelningen var fräsch, parkering fanns och wi-fi funkade utmärkt. Frukost. eftermiddagsfika och middag var mycket bra. Trevlig personal som pratade bra engelska men annars är det mest tyska som gäller i byn. Det var dyrt att bo på hotellet (iallafall i högsäsong) men kändes som att man fick valuta för pengarna. Hit åker vi gärna tillbaka!
