「The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. 」

「繁忙期ではなかったこともあり、ゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。このホテルはハーフボード（2食付き）がお得だと思います。夕食はプリフィクスのコース料理で、味の方もなかなかです。ただ、チェックインのときは必要な情報は、自分から聞かないと教えてくれません。例えば朝食の時間とか。2度目の利用ですが、前回もそうでした。」

For a few extra euros, we upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony overlooking picturesque Walther Piazza and the city’s Duomo. 「Peaceful, relaxing, quaint, elegant. Wonderful staff. Incredible views. A bit warm at night bc no A/C and although there is a door and balcony, not much air circulation. The staff was wonderful though and provided us with a fan. Adorable bar. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Free bus to cable car. A bit of a drive to Ortesi however. 」
