「Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. 」

"入室したときゴミ箱の匂いが気になりましたがそれ以外は全てに満足です。スタッフのフレンドリーさ立地の良さ無料ランドリー高齢の母を連れて4泊しましたが何かと本当に便利で大満足です。"

"ちょっと入り口を探すのに時間がかかったが、ボルツァーノ駅から徒歩5分くらいで、大聖堂、広場に面していて、お店もたくさんあってロケーションは最高である。部屋も最上階の広い部屋で、浴槽もありタオルも揃っていて、ミニバーもついていた。周りの音も気にならなかった。朝食も、コーヒー紅茶は聞いてくれて持ってきてくれる。並んでいるものはそんなに種類は多くないけど、満足度は高かった。ロープウェイをスマホで予約しようとしたら、プリントアウトをしろとサイトから表示されるので、フロントに相談しに行ったら、添付ファイルをホテル宛にメールしたらプリントしてくれると言ってくれたが、うまく決済が出来ず、ずっと付き合ってくれた。その対応にとても感謝しています。もう一度行くことがあったら、また泊まりたい。"

"部屋がとても綺麗で、広く、快適に滞在させてもらうことができました！1kmくらい歩いたところに夜も営業しているショッピングモールがあり、食事に困りません。歩いて400mくらいに、ジムもあります。ボルツァノに来る時は、また泊まりたいです。"
