「The price was good. The location to Mayo was super easy. Ok location, staff could have been more helpful.」

「Three different rooms - all had old noisy refrigerators. Unplugged from electrical outlet to get to sleep at night. Breakfast is at market rates - not included. Parking at public ramp located next door is also an extra $16 nightly. Enjoyed free transportation to Mayo Clinic for medical appointments. Didn't get to bar but seemed to have a nice happy hour.」

「Mayo clinicまで徒歩10分、歩きやすいです。」

「Everything was great except for my room smelled like cigarettes mixed with this strong spray that tried to cover it up. I hated how it smelled, if it hadn’t smelled like that I wouldve loved it」

「空港送迎の回答もなく、Ｈotels.comのスタッフからの電話を待ってもこなかった。最悪の対応でした。」

「I had a great stay! I was in town for a convention. The shuttle was extremely helpful when available. The included breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need except for an ice bucket lol. The lobby/dining area is clean, cute and a nice area to hangout. Spyhouse coffee being connected is a huge bonus. Parking is easy and accessible but not included which they state before booking a room so not complaining. My only “complaint” would be...

「Room was awesome! We had the 3 bedroom unit, which had a large and spacious balcony. Plenty of sunlight came through those windows. We couldn’t had had a better room!」

「The room we originally got had a malfunctioning AC unit so they moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the building must be older as we clearly heard people walking in the room above us. and the design of the bathroom door meant it hit the room door if it were in a particular position. Also, the water in the bathroom came out slowly. Breakfast was good, and so was the soup supper offered Sunday thru Thursday.」

「綺麗、でも、店がない」

「Nice, clean, very helpful and friendly staff」
