「Our room was not ready more than an hour after check-in, the beds were very uncomfortable, the pool was freezing cold, and our AC unit started making a very loud knocking sound as the fan disintegrated about 5:45am. While I understand equipment fails and the hotel doesn't control when that can happen, the staff didn't care that we were woken up early by their equipment failure. The staff also made it appear routine that rooms were not ready on time. Overall very poor experience at this...
