"Very nice place, better than I had expected. I got a 1-bedroom suite and was surprised how nice it was for the price; very economical. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"The staff was great besides the man, maybe the manager? He was very rude to not only our group but overheard him being rude to another group as well. He was yelling at a guest in the hallway demanding their room number. The guest was just standing there. After getting the room number he said “I’ll remember that.” Like he was threatening to be sure to find extra charges etc. it was very unprofessional and threatening guests is absolutely never ok. The rest of the staff was outstanding. We, and others, will not be back due to that man. We will be spreading the word as well. It was uncalled for and inappropriate. Keep your kids away from him."

"Property is in a great location. Hotel bar and restaurant are great. This stay we were on 7th floor and bed was very very soft and seemed very old. I think the room overall was in need of updates. We were only there for one night so not a huge deal. "

"Room wasn’t clean/ dirty side tables. Check in is odd. 6pm check in and you pick up a phone and then staff come out to help. Turn on heat and it smelled like dust immediately. I didn’t have the nice floors in my room, but the carpet appeared pretty new. The view was 0 starts. My window opened to tire level of the parking lot. It was quiet, and the breakfast was as you would expect. Adequate for an unexpected stay. "

"I understood that the hotel was being remodeled. The room we stayed in was worn; that’s ok. There was no excuse for the condition of the room—pretzels on the floor in the main room and dirt and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We will not stay here again."
