「An absolutely delightful little hotel - more like a resort, really. We had an "apartment" which was reminiscent of a Northern Wisconsin cottage - not fancy but cozy, comfortable & very well equipped. They've thought of everything - even good in-room coffee! Reminder: you're staying in a Mississippi River town. There WILL be trains, but after 24 hrs, you won't even notice them anymore, honest! We'll be back.」

「The listing was inaccurate for number and type of beds. The description was misleading/not describing it as an Inn with rooms you can rent separately along with common spaces. Thankfully our booking included all of the rooms in our section of the house. Because the post was inaccurate about the number of beds and style of beds, the host mentioned that there was 2 Queen blow up matresses in a closet. There were only 2 twins. The kitchen had bare minimum for items. Missing a few key items and...

「Booked this as a last minute mini spring break vacation and absolutely loved it. Will visit again. Cabin was adorable, clean and very well kept. Hammock chairs under cabin were the highlight of the trip. Found some games in the coffee table and it was nice to teach my son games that did not involve electronics. Bathhouse was very close by and exceptionally clean and well stocked. Shower was amazing. Puppy had a great time walking the trail with us. Easy drive to Whitewater State Park.」

「Wonderful spot to chill. Common outdoor area had bags, fire pits, grills. Nice spot to meet and chat with other guests. Loved being able to just walk to dock and fish. Super relaxing and peaceful spot to stay.」
