「My favorite place to stay in all the years I have worked on the road. It is Minnesota NICE! The owners are just lovely people. The view of the lake is so peaceful. I didn't have time for dinner last night but that sweet and thoughtful goodie cup is always full of treats and got me through the night! All the thoughtful touches and kindness are greatly appreciated.」

「Room had a stale smell until cleaned on 2nd day. Hard to explain Shower head was rusted, dirty and need to be replaced The pillows were atrocious. Seriously. They were like little half pillows stuffed with lumpy material. I took photos of them and friends gasped. They may been for kids but definitely not comfortable or new/clean. The cleaning staff was kind and friendly as well as front desk staff. The place just needs a bathroom - sheets - and pillow update badly」

「Electrical outlets totally inadequate and too few for ordinary needs. Table and counter surfaces not thoroughly cleaned. Hair dryer did not work. Tissue box in bathroom nearly empty. Handrail in stairwell had a supporting bracket torn loose from wall. No grab bar in the shower. Inadequate number of choices offered for breakfast.」

「Not equipped to deal with high volumes from the new concert venue. Checking in at 3:30 the night of a concert was a nightmare. There was only one woman checking people in and she was fantastic trying her best, on the phone with her manager. A woman ahead of us had reserved two beds for four guests and given one double bed. They were “overbooked” and nothing could be done. By the time that was dealt with there were probably 20 people waiting to check in. I had booked two queens to also only get...

On repassera pour la conscience environnementale. Par contre, ils ont une Laveuse et une sécheuse mise à la disposition des clients. Le personnel est gentil et courtois. Le stationnement à proximité et en ligne directe en voiture vers le centre-ville」
