"We had a non-smoking room, and there was quite a bit of cigarette smoke smell present and wafting into our room. Several items in the room needed maintenance. "

"Hot tub was out of order, slide and kids water fall was out of order, door on the side key didn’t work, no elevator, very intoxicated customers!"

"We were staying at the hotel with friends and found out the TVs were not wired the same. One room got ESPN and the other did not. We also had read on the internet webpages that there would be a hot tube but it was being removed and was non functional. I do see that the website has been corrected now. Bathroom floor was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. "

"Room was poor. No phone, no clock, floor dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub. Outlet for refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Had to plug in a different outlet. Reported to desk but no maintenance showed up. So much ice in parking lot by our door. Breakfast ended at 9 on Sunday. Could have been longer. "

"Yes the room was nice and so were the staff. Need to provide bedding ahead of time for pull out couch so uou dont have to go to front to get linnens. "
