"Shower handles and pipes in bad shape, skipped morning shower at 5:30am because shower pipes rattled and made loud noises when I tried to turn shower on, didn't want to wake up all surrounding rooms this early in morning."

"My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together. We didn’t bring our dog along but there was even an outdoor space on our floor for pets. Because it’s also an apartment complex, no room service BUT having the Red Cow restaurant attached and a small convenience store was awesome! Parking was a breeze with the attached garage. Plenty of spaces for hotel guests. Keyless entry via ‘door’ app was very convenient as well. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in town with a far less pleasing experience. We will definitely be back!"

"The room was clean and fresh looking. Very good first impression.The breakfast was plentiful, and fresh. Every morning there was a hot breakfast and many other choices of cereal, fruit, waffles, bread for toast and cold selections of yogurt and juices."

"I chose this hotel for the convenience of the tunnel connected to the Mayo Clinic for my early morning appointment . Parking was tight but close by. Breakfast had amazing, but refrigerated choices, and only one microwave that needed to be used by everyone. The coffee ran out several times; but she rushed in quickly. It seemed that one, very friendly and helpful staff was in charge of it all; would suggest more help. Next time I would consider taking a tray up to my room and use the microwave and coffee there."

"We paid extra for covered parking but there weren’t enough spaces. Their garage was almost always full. Frustrating to search for alternative parking late at night. Staff was helpful and refunded our parking charge."

"The breakfast area had a smaller selection. There were no high chairs and when asked the staff said “nope, no need for them. Feed them on the couch.” We also asked for a tray to bring some food back and a different staff member told us “trays were unnecessary and we should be lucky they allow us to bring food back to the room today.” So two days in a row of unfortunate breakfasts. The rooms were older, but still clean. The hotel was older, but average overall. "
