Great value for the price. 2nd floor room was very spacious with a separate living room and decent kitchenette with full size fridge. Everything is a bit outdated. Sort of the bare minimum but had everything I needed. Bed wasn't very comfortable but I was exhausted and slept well. I will be staying here again when I have my next trip to the Mayo.

The staff at Quality Inn & Suites Mayo Clinic Area were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We had to extend our stay twice and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious (a suite) with a couch, recliner, and two twin beds. There was also a small kitchenette. The free shuttle from the hotel to the Mayo Clinic was a great bonus.
