We loved our stay at Homewood suites, we especially liked the staff, Matt, front desk, the housekeeping, kitchen everyone was pleasant to talk to and helpful. They made us feel at home. During this sensitive of treatment at Mayo, Cindy the manager was so amazing and caring and checked in on me even gave me a big hug. Wow we felt great being at homewood thanks guys we’ll be sure to come back to visit!

Website says that there was Room Service and there was not! Having to pay $14 dollars a night to park, whether I parked there or not. Not cleaning the room everyday!

Do not waste your money!!!
The carpet was very soiled and needed cleaning. The furniture was full of stains and very worn needs new furniture all worn out. Very expensive and very hard to get to the swimming pool and fitness center. Had to pay for parking and could not access room without paying for parking. Very expensive had to pay 345 dollars for one night 2 adults and 2 children. No shampoo or lotion or conditioner in shower all empty. Dishes left in dishwasher and had to run them through and put them away.

A Nice Homey Stay.
Staff was friendly and very professional. Breakfast was great! Only problem was the parking ramp. I departed in the morning, but it had snowed during the night. Ramp was slick and flat out scary.

Great location!
Great location if you need to be at St. Mary’s Hospital. Rooms have everything you need, is in the small kitchen. Decent breakfast. Have fun, happy hour with bingo on Wednesday night. Only thing working was housekeeping which only made my room one day in 8.
