I find the Brentwood a very good place to stay when I am visiting the Mayo Clinic. My room is always ready when I arrive in town and the staff helpful. The room is clean and adequate for I want for my one-night stay. I particularly like the free or included parking fee and best of all the connection to the subway directly from the hotel. The price point is attractive for the accommodations.

Nice clean room with a small refrigerator and microwave with a sink located by the microwave. Breakfast was very basic but it was good. Very close to Mayo Clinic and connected by the subway. Will definitely stay here again.

Ok breakfast, hotel was very clean. Beds were not very comfortable. There are recliners in the hall if needed that are comfortable. A block and a half from the Mayo clinic which was great! Parking was not bad at all and was very convenient even with the road construction. Checking in and out was the fastest I've ever had with a hotel, so that was nice. There are restaurants in walking distance and there is a good Chinese place very close by. Also, there is a shuttle if people are unable or don't want to walk. The shuttle is shared with multiple hotels, otherwise the hotel is hooked up to the mayo's subway (tunnel) system and there are wheelchairs available to take over to the mayo and back. In the winter you never have to go outside to get to appointments.

The Brentwood is our favorite hotel to stay at when we are visiting the Mayo Clinic! Although it isn't as new as some of the other nearby hotels, our rooms are always clean and well maintained. I'll admit some of the building appears shopworn, it is still a great place to stay. Parking is available and convenient. But the best feature is the elevator that goes directly to the Mayo Subway system.
