「The room was clean and nice. But the arrangements to gain access to the property were complicated and took several attempts. Also, it’s been almost impossible to get a VAT receipt from the booking agent after several emails.」

「予約名がきちんと伝わっておらず、チェックインで困りました。空いていた部屋に案内されたので、正しい部屋に泊まれたのかよくわかりませんでした。スタッフの方に一生懸命対応して頂けたので、なんとか泊まれましたが、とても不安でした。」
