"Staff and employees were mostly all friendly and helpful. Didn't like that you have to pay extra for a refrigerator in your room!! Also for the pool and "resort fees" a plastic innertube for floating the lazy river should be included. Be aware that at THIS hotel the resort fees etc are NOT included in the room price as they are at many places. The room was quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. "

"Stayed in a premium remodeled suite and was just terrific. The lounge food was good not great but service throughout our stay was great. Concert at Venetian theater was great as well as the sphere. We love it here will return "
