「The outside carpet is not regularly vacuumed. 3-days. The glass of the closet door was cracked. The shower couldn’t be turned off completely. Drip, drip! The bathtub stopper was broken and didn’t work. The coffee machine appeared unclean as was removed from any electrical outlet. The male staff were short and rude when answering the phone and always hung up quickly without saying “Goodbye!” The ladies in the office were very pleasant face-to-face. 「We booked this cabin during a trip to Chippewa to visit family in the area. While the place was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our Australian Shepherd. The view from the couch looked directly onto the lake, and the location was easy to find. There was one central AC unit, but it kept the place cool. 「We LOVED this place! Clean, great showers, heated bathroom floors (that we didn’t need in July). Little baked goods near the elevator. Michelle and Heather were super helpful and accommodating. A little gem in downtown Newaygo.」

「My husband and I had a great experience here. It is a beautiful location and the cabin was wonderful! We did come during the heat wave so we brought some fans and a portable shower. There is a propane fridge in the cabin so you can bring food. We cooked every night on the charcoal grill. The outdoor bathroom was well maintained as was the whole property. There is a lot of outdoors stuff to do in the area and the town is fun too. The host is very kind and accommodating. We will definitely come...
