「Nice clean rooms!!」

「The toilet in my room kept running and eventually stopped flushing. I first tried calling the front desk, but no one answered for about 15 minutes, so I went downstairs in person. The male staff member on duty came to the room and fixed the toilet, but he did not say a single word throughout the interaction and appeared visibly annoyed. After fixing it, he left the room without saying anything. I found this very uncomfortable and disappointing. The problem was not caused by me, and I do not...

「Clean room, Great breakfast selection.」

「Nice property. Room was very nice and modern. We were there on Halloween and there were several things going on, The staff was overwhelmed. Parking is terrible. Parking garage was full and yet still forced to pay for parking even though we could not park there.」

「The room was mostly clean, and the staff was very friendly. The Internet wasn't the most consistent, however. Often, it would reconnect and connect again.」

「Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp.」

「Front desk staff was nice upon arrival. Visit was ok until I started Showering and saw bugs crawling in the light fixture. I nearly fell out the shower.」

「When I asked the front to call the taxi for me, they gave me the telephone number of the taxi company. I hoped they could call a taxi for me instead of giving me the number. Other hotels usually have the call taxi service.」

「Lot of property damage」
