「This is a delightful Redbird themed home with the perfect amount of space for two people and our dog. She loved having a yard to run in! Very clean, very well organized, and a great communication with Wendy throughout. We hope to stay here next time we come back to campus. Roll birds!」

「The property is beautiful we stayed on graduation weekend.we had 7 adults and 2 kids there was alot to do the kids had alot of fun . We did have a problem with the upstairs tub cligging but afyer a message to the host and a quick response in less than an hour we had a plumber there within 2 hours. The host had kept in contact with me informing me on all updates 」

「We had nine people gathered from 4 states for my son's graduation and needed a place to stay and gather. The house is lovely and we all had a nice place to gather and enjoy each other's company. Some amenities were missing, it was just the very basic items like bathroom towels. In previous VRBO rentals, they have had more supplies like salt and pepper, hand towels, and kitchen towels. 「This was the perfect house. Yeah the one tv had us kinda fighting over lol but Peoria definitely had us and the kids busy. They absolutely loved the surprise addition of the park which was actually not listed in the photos, so that was great. 」
