「初めてのロスカボスで2泊。独立した深い浴槽、広く清潔な室内。トイレと洗面所も2つありとても快適。敷地内レストランはどこも美味しくスタッフの感じも雰囲気も良く大満足。プールも2箇所ありゆったり楽しめた。 唯一のマイナスポイントは、敷地が広く複雑な構造の為、出入りやレストランへの移動がわかりづらかった。しかし、セキュリティや立地を考えると納得の構造なので総合的に大満足でまた宿泊したいホテル。」

「Our experience was amazing. There were some details that made our stay a lot easier like water filter, condiments for cooking, great amenities, like the rooftop and gym. The pool and view from the rooftop were outstanding.」

「一人旅だったのですが、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、淋しい思いをすることもなく、あたたかいホテルです。 丘の上にあるのでとても見晴らしが良く、私の部屋からは毎日朝焼けを見ることが出来ました。 部屋はとても広く、キッチンアイテムも完璧なので、長期滞在にも適しています。 ただし、お部屋にはフロントにつながる電話等がないので、一流ホテルのようなサービスを求める方には向かないと思います。 ダウンタウンまでは歩いて15分位かかります。 ハートフルな旅をしたい人におススメするホテルです。 Staffs are very friendly and kind. I never felt lonely though I stayed there by myself. Room is big enough and kitchen has perfect items. I enjoyed sunrise every morning from my room. 「We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. 」

「The hotel apartment had every amenity we required including beach towels, stove, and pots/pans/containers and the communication via Whatsapp was convenient and efficient. The pool and rooftop area is beautiful, just be careful of mosquitos depending on the season. We had a great time and will be back on our next trip to Los Cabos. Keep in mind that you will need transportation to get to the nicer beaches in the area, but this place is great for being near the center of San Jose and enjoying...
