「We enjoyed our stay; however, first floor rooms are never a good option anywhere.」

「Wow wow wow ~ gorgeous property, wonderful staff, steps for KU! Will definitely stay again!」

「All in all the property was clean and staff was cordial. The property was somewhat overpriced @ $195 per nite in my opinion. Elevator was inoperable the morning we left and of course we were on the 3rd (top) floor. I realize these things happen but being 77 and wife 75 carrying several pieces of luggage down 3 flights is not a pleasant experience.」

「The room was ok for cleanliness. But the photos are definitely not the way it actually is They lost power for some reason time and no explanation I had booked a suite and I say that it was a far cry of a suite I was greatly disappointed in the whole experience . The beds were not as advertised. Plus it was supposed to be a double bedroom and that was not the case either」

We walked up an outdoor set of stairs that were not well lit onto an outside balcony to our room. The floor was dirty and there was about a two inch gap between the bottom of the outside door and the floor where something could easily...

「Friendly staff. While the hotel is a little old and dated it is clean and tidy.」

「NOT VERY HELP WHEN WE CALL A HEAD OF TIME, WE NEED A HANDY CAP ROON AND WE WERE TOLD THE ROOM NUMBER WE WOULD GET FOR HANDY CAP. THEY TOLD US THAT ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. MY WIFE DID NOT GET TO TAKE A SHOWER. MY NOT ABLE TO GET IN EVWN WITH MY HELP. COULD NOT FIND THE ICE MACHINE ON THE THIRD FLOOR ASK ONE OF EMPLOYE WERE IT WAS AND HE UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR SPEEK ENFLISH. WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I USED TO LIVE IN THAT AREA AND IT WAS NICE NOT ANYMORE. I SPOKE TO OTHER CUSTOMER AND THEY...

「It no longer looks like the pictures that are posted here. I could not stay there. Some rooms have windows and doors boarded up.」
