Hotel replaced clean towels and removed trash in the room only, never remade our beds, the mattress I was sleeping on had a huge blood strain. Air conditioner in the room wasn't working correctly. The staff manager was very friendly and helpful when I had to reschedule our stay. Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast wasn't good at all. Waffle maker wasn't working correctly, ran out of milk for cereal and the apple juice wasn't cold. Next time I will pay the extra money for a more expensive hotel.

The staff member was very nice. However there could have been improvements with the cleanliness of the room. One of the beds seemed like it was broken, the other bed had something on the bed sheet (like a sticker that had been washed on the sheet and imbedded rather than came off), there was a stain on the chair, and the bottom of the bathtub/shower needed cleaned or repair or something. I’m glad we only needed to stay for one night.

Obviously with the price, this is a budget hotel. With that being said, the rooms are clean and nice--rooms are much nice than perhaps the outside looks. Staff is great and accommodating.

The young man that checked us in was pleasant. The lobby was cold so he was bundled up. The room had a mild odor when we first walked into it. The bed was comfortable. The tile floor was dirty as were the hallways. Maintenance had been completed on the cheap.
