「We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean and was located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Nichole was incredibly responsive as a host. I had an issue with a window not closing and Nichole immediately had maintenance sent over to address the issue. 」

「Double booked our room with no communication with the host. Left us stranded without a place to stay. Host didnt care or notify us at all. Terrible experience, would not book from this host.」

「There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. 」

「The apartment, itself, was clean. The facility (hallways, stairs, elevator, entrance, etc.) could use a lot of work. Lights in the north stairwell need addressed,as well.」
