"While we have frequented staying at this property in the past, this particular stay determined that we will no longer have a desire to stay there or recommend it. While we truly appreciated the room upgrade, it was offered after having multiple issues with the alternative rooms we were given after issues of cleanliness and still had a significant problem in the upgraded suite. There were other instances that did not put ease to our trip because of compromised situations on the property as well. Disappointed all around, especially based on previous enjoyable stays, but there has been a noticeable slow decline that no longer renders this property as desirable."

"Horrible!Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!. There was literally no parking so had to pay $50 a night for valet parking. No fridge in the rooms! Ice machine was broken on the floor! There was no continental breakfast offered. I paid for what I thought was breakfast meals for my stay. Breakfast is available in the restaurant and although they advertise a buffet there was none! Had to order breakfast from the restaurant and it was changed to my room so what did I pay for when I booked the room? Avoid this place like the plague!!!!"
