"The apartment has potential to be lovely, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and has a delightful balcony, however it is in a very shabby state currently. "The apartment was lovely and our needs were catered for. It was clean and tidy, the building site next door was quiet even in work hours. Location is great and close to shops, family friendly with books and toys for the kids and a pod coffee machine for the adults.
