Big up to my new friend PET, she was a wonderful waitress at the resort and made me the best iced coffee!! The only suggestion I would make for this resort is to make sure all rooms have a fridge & microwave. Other than that, it’s wonderful!! "

"Getting wash clothes and hand towels was like pulling teeth called three days in a row and none were ever in our room. Got to the resort no towels in room. They brought bath towels that they didn’t replace the 8 days we were there. Also room service never replaces shampoo soap etc. I prefer to wash my body and shower on daily. This should be the normal. I shouldn’t have to even ask. "

"The rooms are at most 3.5 stars and the service is hit and miss. If you could book the Joia Ibrostar property it is noticeable better ! It is a 4.5 star. The Jamaican people are wonderful and all the staff are super kind and wonderful. "
