「Great room」

「I found the Oakdale Inn to be a beautiful property and I would stay there again if traveling to Martinsville. It was only about six miles from the Martinsville speedway and very easy to get there. The manager of the property, Erin served a wonderful breakfast on the two mornings my grandson and I were there. 」

「My stay at Lori’s place was exactly what I needed. Lori was wonderfully prepared for her guests and took the time to have a sincere, gracious conversation with me. I was looking for a quiet space to decompress before a funeral, and this home provided just that. The setting was secluded, peaceful, and spotless—more than enough in every way. I’m truly grateful for the comfort and care I found here.」

「The outdoor property is very pretty, about 10 acres, lawn kept, I would see deer there every other day. The house is older and is need of updates, but it suited my needs. The house has no central air, but the 3 window units kept it cool enough, though it necessitated the use of a fan to keep the bathroom floor from getting slick when weather was very humid outside. The host, Claudia was very nice and always communicates promptly.」
