"This place is actually quite the gem. The only knock I have is that you cannot check in until 4:00 pm but the staff departs about 3:00. So you do a self-check in. That is absolutely fine except we don’t know that until we arrive at 4:30 pm. You have to travel six miles to Floyd to find dinner as the Tuggle’s Gap diner closes after lunch. Also their sign says the store is open 24/7 which is not true. It closes at same as the cafe. Very nice rooms and they are clean! Great location very close to an entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Give them a look!"

"We loved the property! Great location to all that we were doing while in the area! Would stay here again. We would like to suggest since we are older folks with limited tech savvy, please leave a list of what each remote does. There were so many it was over whelming! Other than the TV we never figured out what the others did especially the ones in the bathrooms. Also we had never seen those types of bathroom mirrors and could not figure out how to dim or turn off the three lights on the mirror (blue lights were annoying at night)"
