「2 bedroom lodge was ideal for us for a few nights. The lodge was well equipped and plenty of room. The staff were friendly , polite and really helpful. 」

「The setting of this hotel is beautiful. The room we had was recently renovated and was extremely comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive. We will be back to Harrogate and will definitely look to stay here again. The on-site Amber's restaurant is divine, and the food was amazing.」

「The stay was average, it was £141.00 on a Monday night for a very small room without breakfast. The person who checked me in was nice, they gave me complimentary cookie which is a nice touch. I asked if there was a robe in the room and they spoke to the person next to her on reception and said not with the room you booked I could have got one for £10 however it was non refundable. 「Excellent modern and spacious apartments with everything you need to self cater in lovely green surroundings. Can be tricky to get there, so need a car really but it’s a very comfortable stay. The main hall/bar is beautiful, especially when they have piano player on at weekends. Value for money, especially silly with midweek stays and we have stayed many times now. Have tried a massage in the cabin next to the swimming pool which was nice but yet to try the swimming po - aiming to do that next...

However, the fish chips, and mushy peas I ordered one evening (£18.95 on the menu) were simply awful in every respect including quality and portion size. 「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」
