「Extremely spacious, well equipped clean rooms except a couple of the window areas. External stairwell had a lot of flying insects which was off putting (assume attracted inside from woods to the lights)」

「This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. This was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer because the room didn’t have...

「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

「Property in a quiet area was nice and about 10 mins from town centre. Did meet a gentleman who gave us our keys to our room but did not see anybody else maybe because we were out most of the time,parking was ok,on aroad in front of hotel,and seemed to be safe. The room was nice and clean and had s good shower.」

「Brilliant hotel. Cosy place (which even had the pub dog greeting us which was amazing!). Only thing preventing this from being 5 stars was the shower facilities. Shower faucet is restrictive which can cause issues if you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. Maybe disposable shower caps could be provided to help this issue. Other than that though a fantastic place in a peaceful location. Would definitely stay again!」
