「Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. There was no hand sanitizer and any of the dispensers.」

「I was told not to stay here, but took a chance anyways. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to play at the Winstar casino and decided to stay in Gainesville because it was cheaper. The room was cleaner than I expected, minus a few bugs around the room. There were small bugs that appeared on the floor as the nights went, and upon walking in the bathroom one night, there was a giant cockroach. It wasn’t too big of a deal. I don’t know that I would stay here again, but it worked on a tight...

「Clean room. Had to wait about 10 minutes before I could check in. I was the only one checking in.」

「It was 8 pm when I arrived and the gentleman at the front desk said house keeping had not cleaned my room yet so please give him a few minutes so HE could go get it ready. I had no confidence that the room I would be getting would actually be properly and completely clean if he had to do it himself self, especially after taking a look around the place, so I left. If your 5 hours behind on house keeping, the customers money should be refunded. The man at the front desk was polite and very nice.」

「A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities.」

「The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.」

「Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.」

「Our room was gross. The facility smelled and the pool was closed even after I called ahead of time to ask if it would be open and they said yes. Almost fell down the stairs because of the loose boards. Breakfast was nasty be used the pancake machine looked moldy. All that $150 a night was crazy」

「Beautiful well maintained large marina, beautiful lobby area, our room was nice. Right near State Park. In the park if you’re traveling with kids is a wonderful playground and beach area..」

「The air conditioning in the first room we were assigned to didn’t work. The manager moved us immediately when we brought it to his attention. The room is what it is. Somewhere safe and clean to stay. The staff was very accommodating.」

「What a unique and fun property. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again. Easy check in and the host was great at communicating. Very enjoyable experience 」
