「We stayed in Unit 3 over the Fourth of July weekend with a reservation for five guests. The property is located in a beautiful, peaceful area of Comal County, and we truly enjoyed the natural surroundings. Our check-in experience could have been smoother. The check-in instructions indicated that the entrance passcode would be sent at 3:00 p.m., the official check-in time, but we did not receive it until about 40 minutes later. 「It was an excellent experience for me and my whole family. Everything went smooth and hassle-free from the moment we arrived up to when checked out. We will definitely stay again here on our next visit.」

「Highly recommend! This is my new favorite place. It is clean, safe, relaxing with amazing rooms, great amenities, and on the Guadalupe river. Great clubhouse with a bar, space to chill that overlooks the pool. I love the hip. The partnership with Paddle Texas makes it super convenient to float the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. It is a great place for families, friends, and events.」

「Es la segunda vez que venimos porque nos gustan los espacios y la limpieza. Además tiene refrigerador, horno y cocina. No usamos la estufa pero es buena opción si quieres preparar algo. El personal siempre muy amable.」

「The only good thing I can say about this property, is the breakfast was good. It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again.」

「Everything was great but if you're looking for a more non- family place to stay, look elsewhere. Hotel is close to local theme/water park, there's only one elevator that you will spend most of the time waiting for it unless you like taking the stairs.」
