Perfect place to stay right on the Guadalupe River. Easy access to the river and beautiful hill country views right from your balcony! Highly recommend.
Great place to stay, easy check in, clean cabins and great views.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, loved the porch. There is quite a bit of road noise since the main road is right behind the cabin. We wished that the brush and trees in front of the cabin would have been kept up so you had a better view of the river. But all in all it's a great location and nice place to stay!
i absolutely love hideout. great location, beautiful views, super helpful staff, they make it so easy for folks that love to float the river. i stay here 2/3 times a summer won’t stay anywhere else. see yall next year
We've stayed at Hideout multiple times. Each time, the rooms were very clean, and staff was attentive and responded quickly to our needs. The location is perfect and has a relaxing vibe.
Clean room that accommodates a large family and a price balcony in the room we stayed in. Staff was helpful when I had questions via text and call, also the complimentary tube transportation was nice, we ended up right back at the cabins. Second time staying and will stay again next visit!
I loved the spot and convince of everything so close that you could walk to it. Such a beautiful area. I do with that had some maintenance on the trees and bushes as it was hard to see the river. Staff was friendly and quick to respond but our room did have some dead bugs when we arrived 😕
The room was very clean and spacious with an amazing view, the TV and AC both worked as expected and kept the room cozy. The large fridge and microwave were convenient! We only saw one other guest during our stay, which gave a very secluded vibe
Staff was helpful upon arrival and the location was perfect for a girls getaway. The only drawback we observed was how thin the walls were. Overall would love to come back for another girls trip!

Great location and staff is super responsive to anything you need! Repeat customer for sure ❤️
5 stars! We were hoping for a rustic cabin by the river, and we absolutely loved what we found! The cabin was spotless and looked like it had been freshly updated. A special bonus was the river access, complete with a stone-paved patio and communal grills. The staff was professional and super responsive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with an amazing view! I’m already looking forward to coming back.
What a gem this place is! I have now booked here twice, once for girls weekend and now for family weekend with 2 littles. Town is about a 20-30 drive but it doesn't feel like it at all and there are so many activities to do in New Braunfels, Seguin and Gruene. From splash pads, river tubing, parks, restaurants, hiking trails, antique/boutique shops, etc. there is so much to do. I highly recommend Hideout at the Horseshoe for a getaway- its magical!
Beautiful views of the Guadalupe River and easy access to the river.

Clean room, nicely updated. Property was beautiful. Looking forward to going back during warmer weather to take full advantage of the river and outdoor space. The traffic from the road was a little loud while outside, but we didn’t notice it while in the cabin. This will be our first choice stay when going back to Greune/New Braunfels/Canyon Lake.
