"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a pretty typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was terrible, but otherwise the rest of the food breakfast was good. The property was easy on and off the interstate. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This property is clean, quiet, surrounded by trees and nature.most of all the essentials were provided like dishes, silverware, towels pots/pans etc.. The staff member was always friendly when we spoke. On my deive home though I started thinking and I may be wrong but I really feel like I paid ALOT for 4 nights ... "We were very disappointed with one major problem. We were there for three nights without TV during the NCAA Final Four games. The hotel said they were switching cable providers and there were problems. We ask for an adjustment for our room charges and they refused, saying it was the cable company's fault. We have crossed this hotel off our list based on their response and attitude in dealing with a problem that is clearly their responsibility. "

"Very happy with my choice to stay here. Staff was very nice, Francisco cleaned the snow off my car my first morning there. Duke was an excellent breakfast companion. Hotel is a great central location on WV for my week long vacation to explore the state. The town is close to major highways, but small enough I enjoyed the quiet after coming home from a day of driving/exploring. I will be back here next time I take a visit to WV!"
