「It does the job, but just a generic hotel. Good at the restaurant was very good, but waiters are mostly busy talking with each other, rather than look at the clients… If your phone works on a local network, there is almost no reception inside the hotel. Room are fine, bed is comfortable, but a very generic room, no inspiration, no style.」

「My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.」

「Photos online are dated and do not reflect the poor quality of the room condition. We paid to stay in the top room, yet no working wifi, extremely tatty furniture, bathroom and ill fitting wood effect floors. No cupboards for hanging clothes and difficult to navigate to the room as in an extension, with no lift, narrow corridors and stairs. For the price, it is extremely expensive with a cheap breakfast. Better to stay in some of the wonderful new beachfront apartments on Air BnB.」
